I'm a licensed realtor in Surrey, BC, with a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) from UBC. Before real estate, I spent years working through engineering problems — breaking down complex systems, running the numbers, and making decisions based on data rather than gut feeling.

I brought that same approach to real estate. When you're buying a home — especially in a country you just moved to — you don't need hype. You need someone who will do the math with you, explain every step clearly, and help you make a decision you feel confident about.
